What is your policy on tickets?
Tickets are non-refundable. They are, however, transferable. So you may give them to someone else in your absence. If you have questions or concerns regarding our policy, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
May I bring my child(ren) with me?
Unless otherwise stated, we are unable to provide childcare. As a courtesy to other participants, we ask that you do not bring children (including nursing infants) to this conference.
What is the seating arrangement?
Tickets are general admission, so it is a first-come, first-served seating process. Doors generally open at 8:15 AM.
Do you sell tickets at the door?
Providing we are not sold out, we do offer tickets at the door on the morning of the event for the walk-in rate of $50 per person. Please check the individual event webpages to determine whether the event is sold out or not.
Will I receive tickets in the mail?
At the time of purchase, you will receive an email confirmation, which contains conference information, and a confirmation number. Please keep this confirmation email, as it is your ticket to the event.
Does Dr. Chapman offer individual counseling?
Because Dr. Chapman serves on staff at his church, writes, and speaks at conferences around the country, he is, unfortunately, unable to accept any new counseling clients. If you are looking for a counselor, we recommend speaking with a pastor or counselor at your local church. Although Moody Global Ministries does not specifically endorse any counselors, two popular options for finding a Christian counselor are to visit the American Association of Christian Counselors’ website or call the Meier Clinics’ toll-free number,1-888-7CLINIC.
The 5 Love Languages® Marriage Conference is hosted by churches all across the country. If your church or ministry would like to host Dr. Gary Chapman’s one-day, marriage-transforming conference, please review the application process.
We receive many requests from churches and organizations to host Dr. Chapman’s conference. Moody Publishers conference team prayerfully considers each request in light of the many variables of our schedule and your community. We earnestly desire to be wise stewards of our resources and to reach as many people as possible with this vital ministry to marriages.
