Q & A
What is your policy on tickets?
Tickets are non-refundable. However, tickets are transferable, if you would like to give them to someone else in your absence. If you have questions or concerns regarding our policy, please submit a written appeal to conferences@moody.edu or fax it to (312) 329-8979.
May I bring my child(ren) with me?
We are unable to provide childcare. As a courtesy to other participants, we ask that you do not bring children (including nursing infants) to this conference.
What is the seating arrangement?
Tickets are general admission, so it is a first-come, first-served seating process. Doors generally open at 8:15 am.
Do you sell tickets at the door?
Providing we are not sold out, we do offer tickets at the door on the morning of the event for the walk-in rate ($50 per person). Please check the individual event webpages to determine whether the event is sold out or not.
Will I receive tickets in the mail?
No. At the time of purchase, you will receive an email confirmation. This email will serve as your ticket to the event. If you do not have an email address, please call (312) 329-4407.
Does Dr. Chapman offer individual counseling?
As Dr. Chapman serves on staff at his church, writes, and speaks at conferences around the country, he is unfortunately unable to accept any new counseling clients. If you are looking for a counselor, we recommend speaking with a pastor or counselor at your local church. Although Moody Bible Institute does not specifically endorse the following counselors, here are two popular options for finding a Christian counselor: Visit the American Association of Christian Counselors’ Website, or call the Meier clinics toll free number, (800) NEW-LIFE.
