Hey there Gary,I read your book about God's love languages and was so impressed. I couldn't get over it and kept sharing parts of it with a friend. I finally finished it and then gave it to her to read. Great book Gary. Sure opened my eyes.I'm now just reading your book on anger. Another eye opener Gary. So simple and easy to understand. I am sure blessed that God brought an author like you in to my life

hello gary, thank you for highlighting your impression of God's love language for me! of course when one question is answered, it always uncovers a million more beneath its surface, however in this case i'll try to just keep it to one or two!but first--a comment: my love language is Acts of Service;, so naturally, my personal testimony SURELY includes what numerous things God has done for me in my life. this point of view just came to my attention today when i read your latest entry here, and it also has reinforced my faith in your teachings. it has also explained to me why i seem to feel so thankful through even the hardest of times as Peace through turbulence in my personal history has surpassed even my own understanding!my question for you is regarding those whose love languages are Physical Touch, or Words of Affirmation :how can one such as myself lay testimony to someone with a completely different love language?specifically, how does one feel the love of God in a practical way that meets their own specific love language--especially when it seems so intangible to feel "physical touch" from God? is it possible for people with one love language to be an effective witness for someone with a completely different love language than that of their own? we all know how difficult family relationships and/or marriage is between people who know each other well, so when we're exercising relationships with friends, coworkers or community--i feel that this is an important thing to be sensitive to. after all, God knows our hearts, history and habits-so i feel it natural to assume we should be sensitive to these ideas when approaching our neighbors as well.thanks for your thoughts!
